Framework Contract for Stationery and Printing Items for Financial Year 2026-2027. Eligible firms, companies and suppliers must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies with separate Technical and Financial proposals. Online bids close September 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM and open at 10:30 AM. Bidding documents are submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids are not accepted. Online bid security through 1Link is required as specified in the bidding documents. If the opening date is a gazetted or public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day at the same time. Pro Tip: Stationery and printing procurement requires tax registration and separate technical and financial submissions.
