Construction of River Side Park in Jhelum City with estimated cost of Rs.63,630,562 and bid security of Rs.1,272,611, equal to 2% of estimated cost, through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA, PPRA and PEC in C-4 or above category with CE-01 code. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Pre-bid meeting is September 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids close September 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 2:30 PM. Bids remain valid for 120 days and conditional tenders will not be accepted. Pro Tip: Park construction procurement requires PEC CE-01 eligibility, bid security and complete electronic submission.
