Desilting Machine Superstructure Grab Bucket Tender Notice
Description
Fabrication and installation of superstructure mounting for a 1 cubic meter desilting machine with 5-10 kg grab bucket. Estimated cost is Rs.5,000,000 with digital bid security of Rs.250,000 equal to 5%, verifiable through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. E-bids must be submitted online by September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers must hold valid PEC C-6 or above with relevant ME06 code and be registered with FBR and PRA with NTN and PNTN. Rates must be quoted item-wise in figures and words. Bids remain valid for 120 days and only technically responsive bidders proceed to financial opening. Pro Tip: Desilting equipment works require PEC ME06 eligibility, tax registration, digital security and item-wise BOQ rates.
