Framework Contracts on reagent basis for Clinical Reagent, Electrolyte Analyzer, Automated Routine Chemistry Analyzer, ABGs Machine, Haematology, HbA1c and Trop I. Estimated costs are Rs.6,00,000, Rs.6,00,000, Rs.30,00,000, Rs.6,00,000, Rs.12,00,000, Rs.4,00,000 and Rs.4,00,000 respectively. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies through Punjab e-Procurement. E-bids close September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM in the first floor conference room of the Admin Block. Technical and Financial proposals must be separately marked, and original bid security must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 11, 2026.
