Upgradation Ghazi Category D Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Upgradation of Category-D Hospital to Category-C Hospital at Ghazi, District Haripur, including external electrification comprising outer cables, transformer, earthing and complete generator works. Estimated cost is Rs.3,012,180 with 2% bid security of Rs.74,905 and tender form fee of 0.05% of engineer cost. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies through E-PAD. Technical and financial bids are submitted online, while original affidavit and call deposit/additional security are submitted separately. Bids up to 10% below engineer estimate require 2% security; bids exceeding 10% and up to 20% below require additional 6% security; bids more than 20% below require differential additional security and detailed rate analysis. Technical evaluation is pass/fail and financial bids open after technical approval. Bids remain valid for 90 days. Pro Tip: Hospital upgradation works require PEC and C&W registration, tax compliance, technical capability and compliant additional security.
