Description
Procurement and supply of one 800-liter Fuel Bowser. Eligible bidders registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appearing on the FBR Active Tax Payers List are invited through EPADS v2.0. Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection will be used under Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security through Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9 September 2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 11:30 AM. Manual bids are not accepted. Pro Tip: Fuel Bowser procurement requires EPADS registration, tax compliance and timely electronic submission.
