Medical Equipment Accessories Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medical equipment and accessories comprising 25 total items under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bids are invited from eligible bidders through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure and only electronic bids are permitted; no physical bid is required. A tender fee of PKR 1,000 is payable and bid security of 2% is required in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favor of the designated authority. Eligibility requirements include 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity, annual turnover of at least PKR 50,000,000 in each of the 3 previous years, presence on the Active Taxpayer List, Sales Tax Certificate, non-blacklisting, a functional corporate office in Balochistan with PTCL phone or fax, and manufacturer or sole-agent authorization where applicable. Joint ventures are not permissible. Required bidding documents and bid security must be submitted electronically, and samples of each quoted consumable item must be provided at bid submission. Supplies must be offered at reasonable bulk-order prices and the bidder must agree to serve the contract within 3 months from the supply order. Bid submission closes on 18 September 2026 at 12:00 PM through the supplier dashboard and bids will be opened electronically at 01:00 PM the same day.
