Provision of furniture and fixtures for the waiting area of Darbar Hall of Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from eligible manufacturers, firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing and supplying furniture and fixtures and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. The complete scope of furniture and fixtures shall be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The estimated cost is Rs. 24,000,000 and fixed bid security is Rs. 1,200,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in the name specified in the tender notice. E-bids must be submitted online through EPADS by 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 01:00 PM the same day. The original bid security instrument must be submitted online before conclusion of the bid opening session.
