Diesel Generators Cit Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 diesel generators for CIT Bahawalpur and CIT Rawalpindi, each with a capacity of 60 KVA. Sealed bids are invited from authorized distributors and suppliers under the Shopping Method using Asian Development Bank Procurement Guidelines. Interested eligible bidders may obtain the prescribed Form of Quotation through written application. Bidders must submit their best and final prices in the prescribed format as no negotiations are expected. Bids that are incomplete, unsealed, late, conditional or submitted through an unspecified mode will be rejected. Applicable government taxes will be deducted and NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the bid. Sealed bids must be delivered by 21 September 2026 at 02:00 PM and will be opened at 02:30 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
