Security Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security services through a framework contract for the Punjab Healthcare Commission Head Office in Lahore and Regional Offices at Bahawalpur - D.G. Khan - Faisalabad - Gujranwala - Multan - Rawalpindi - and Sargodha, as well as any new office established during the contractual period. Bids are invited from eligible security service providers, companies and bidders registered with relevant registration and tax authorities and licensed by the Home Department. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost including applicable taxes is Rs. 41,340,000 and bid security is Rs. 826,800, equal to 2% of the estimated price, submitted or transferred online against the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted online by 22 September 2026 at 14:00 Hours and will be opened at 14:30 Hours the same day. Bid validity is 120 days.
