Description
Supply and installation of IT and allied equipment, machinery and office furniture under ADP No. 220842 for GIS based Property Tax Survey in District Charsada, Swabi, Mansehra and Haripur. Bids are invited from eligible registered entities through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Original bidding documents and original bid security equal to 2% of the total quoted amount in the form of Demand Draft, Banker Cheque or CDR must be delivered to the specified office by 14 September 2026 at 11:30 AM, while bids will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 9 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must be income tax and sales tax registered, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and possess an NTN, provide online verifiable part numbers, maintain a local office and after-sales service in Peshawar, and provide required affidavits and undertakings.
