Auto Diesel Generator Ats Panel Canopy Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of one 100 KVA auto diesel generator with ATS panel and canopy for the Punjab Pension Fund. E-bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and applicable joint ventures engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. The estimated cost is 8.0 million and bid security is 2% amounting to 160,000. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with bid security submitted or transferred online through the established system in collaboration with Bank of Punjab; physical financial instruments will not be accepted. E-bids must be accompanied by required tax registration certificates and other tender documents. Submission is by 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opening is at 11:30 AM.
