Prequalification Of Repair And Maintenance Service Firms Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms and workshops for repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment - furniture and fixtures - hardware - building structure - other miscellaneous items - and IT equipment under Non-Consultancy Services. Bids are invited through EPADS v2.0 from eligible registered bidders under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents, including Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 16 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
