Local Purchase Medicine Vendors Registration Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration of new Local Purchase on Day-to-Day (LPDD) vendors for supply of medicines - surgical disposables and other allied healthcare items to the SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan. Applications are invited from pharmacies and firms registered under the Drugs Act, 1976, DRAP Act, 2012 and other relevant laws, with established technical, financial and managerial credentials and relevant experience in supplying medicines, surgical disposables and healthcare items to government institutions. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2,000 is required and applicants must submit the required attested documents with a refundable Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000 in the name of the Medical Superintendent. Applications must be submitted by 19 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Existing registered LPDD vendors must apply separately for renewal or extension.
