Description
HPE Aruba Network Certified Professional (NCP) Campus Access Training through local non-consultancy services procurement using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and LCBS evaluation. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and active on the FBR Active Tax Payers List. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15 September 2026 at 11:00 hours at HQ NADRA G-5/2 Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 2.00 and bid validity of 120 days apply, and original bid security plus specified registration documents must be submitted as required.
