Road Repair Works District Chiniot Tender Notice

District Council Chiniot invites e-bids from contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with FBR, PRA and PPRA for four road repair projects. The works comprise repair of the road from Adda Sar Murad Wala to Chak No.13, Jhang Road to Kot Ameer, Lahore Road to Chak No.10, and Chak No.238 to Chak No.157 in Tehsil Bhowana, District Chiniot. Estimated costs are Rs. 85.061 million, Rs. 97.366 million, Rs. 55.257 million and Rs. 45.000 million respectively, with 3% bid security of Rs. 2,551,830, Rs. 2,920,980, Rs. 1,657,710 and Rs. 1,350,000. Original bid-security instruments must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement process. Separate applications with unique supporting credentials are required for each project. E-bids must be uploaded by 21 September 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 12:30 PM. Bids are valid for 120 days and the lowest bidder must furnish quality assurance security within the prescribed period.
