Irrigation Department, Small Dams Division Jhelum invites electronic tenders for outsourcing support staff and essential services in the Small Dams Division Jhelum under open competitive bidding and the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. The estimated cost is Rs. 16,641,172 with 5% earnest money or bid security of Rs. 832,059, and the stated completion date is 31 January 2027. Firms, contractors and JVs must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement and hold valid PEC registration for FY 2026-27 in the relevant category. E-bids must be submitted by 21 September 2026 at 1:30 PM and opened at 2:00 PM at the office of the Project Director, Small Dams Circle-II, Jhelum. Original bid security in the form of Demand Draft, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee must also be submitted before the deadline, while digital soft copy must be uploaded.
