Transport Services Workers Welfare School Students Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited from tax-registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School (Boys), Bahawalpur for 2026-27 and 2027-28. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids must be separately completed, signed, stamped and submitted online. Bid security is 2% of estimated contract amount, with an estimated bid security of Rs. 1,000,000, while successful bidder must furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable subject to specified certification requirements. A pre-bid meeting will be held ten days before technical bid opening regarding use of the online procurement system. Technical bids open on 24 September 2026 at 11:30 AM and financial bids on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM.
