Drugs Testing Laboratory Punjab, Lahore, Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab invites electronic bids for a framework contract for procurement of stationery and general items, electric goods and IT equipment on a DDP basis. The national competitive bidding process will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Active taxpayers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible. Tender Reference DTL-T-SGI-11/2026-27 requires bids to be submitted by 23 September 2026 at 2:00 PM and opened at 2:30 PM. Bid security is 2% of the estimated amount of each quoted lot and must be submitted digitally before the submission deadline, separately for each package or lot. Bid validity is 180 days from opening.
