Workers Welfare H/S School Boys, Defence Road Lahore, operating under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax-registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for 2026-27 and 2027-28. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate technical and financial bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted online by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day and financial bids on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security is 2% of the estimated contract amount, with the stated estimated amount of Rs. 85,500,000 and bid security of Rs. 1,710,000, payable electronically; physical CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable subject to prescribed certification. Firms must obtain at least 70% technical qualification marks, while successful bidder must furnish 5% performance guarantee. Routes include Scheme More, Sher Shah Colony, Lari Ada, Raiwind to Chak-65, Manga by Sundar State, Niaz Baig, Sultan Ke, Bata Factory, Dream Garden, Taro Gill, Eastern Spinning-II and Pajian Raiwind Road.
