Parks Roads Machinery Municipal Maintenance Tender Notice

Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha invites tenders for implementation of FY 2026-27 budget schemes from contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories and codes for FY 2026-27. The annual framework contracts cover rehabilitation, maintenance, renovation and uplifting of parks, green belts and tree plantation; patchwork, kerb stone painting and beautification painting; supply and fitting of pena flexes and streamers for events; rented machinery; rehabilitation and maintenance of street lights and transformers; event management items; repair and maintenance of machinery and official vehicles; and repair of transformers, disposal station motors, pumps and control panels. Estimated costs range from Rs. 2.000 million to Rs. 10.000 million. Earnest money is 5% of estimated cost, with original CDR required before opening. Bids are to be uploaded through Punjab e-Procurement and opened on 22 September 2026 at 2:30 PM after submission at 2:00 PM. Selection will be on least-cost basis.
