Description
Government Secondary School of Special Education for HI (Boys), Jhang invites e-bids from firms registered with Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax for provision of uniform items for special students for financial year 2026-27. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with only EP-registered suppliers eligible to participate. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,500,000 and bid security is 5%, amounting to PKR 125,000, which must be submitted or transferred electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. E-bids must be submitted by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. The successful bidder must furnish 10% performance guarantee and sign a formal contract before issuance of supply order. E-bid validity is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report.
