Construction Underpass Nakhuda Chowk Tender Notice

Lahore Development Authority invites item-rate tenders under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure for construction of the underpass at Nakhuda Chowk, Lahore. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in C-1 or above category and have active filer NTN and PNTN status. The estimated project cost is Rs. 1,017,727,203, with a 5% digital bid security of Rs. 50,886,360 and a completion period of six months. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 21 September 2026 at 9:30 AM, with technical proposals opened at 10:00 AM. Only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial proposal opening. Financial rates and amounts must be quoted in figures and words in accordance with the BOQ, while conditional bids are not accepted.
