Testing And Assessment Agency Services For Recruitment Tender Notice

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited invites sealed or electronic bids from eligible and qualified firms and agencies for testing and assessment agency services for recruitment under Tender Reference No. PLIC/PROC/2026/08. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with no manual or physical bids accepted. Bid security is Rs. 100,000 and bid validity is 90 days from the date of bid opening. Bids must be submitted by 22 September 2026 before 3:00 PM and opened at 3:30 PM at the Conference Room, PLIC, Lahore. The contract duration is one year from signing, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, mutual written consent and competent authority approval. The award will be made to the lowest evaluated bidder among technically qualified and substantially responsive bidders. The successful bidder must submit 5% performance guarantee electronically within seven days of Notification of Award and execute the contract within the prescribed period.
