Municipal Committee Phalia invites tenders under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure for development schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026-27 from contractors registered on E-PADS and with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories and codes for FY 2026-27. The works comprise beautification at Kalma Chowk, Phalia, with an estimated cost of Rs. 9,975,000 and earnest money of Rs. 498,750, and beautification near Shell Pump on Main Gujrat Road, Phalia, with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,820,000 and earnest money of Rs. 341,000. Bidding documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28 September 2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day at the Municipal Committee Phalia Hall. Bid security of 5% is to be submitted through the e-Procurement portal. Selection will be on least-cost basis and conditional tenders will not be entertained. Bidders quoting more than 4.99% below the T.S. estimated cost will be required to furnish additional performance or quality assurance security equal to the difference between estimated and quoted bid amounts.
