Student Transport Services Girls School Sialkot Tender Notice

Quaid-e-Azam Public H/S School Girls, Pakki Kotli, Daska Road, Sialkot, operating under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, invites electronic bids from tax-registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students during 2026-27 and 2027-28. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids must be separately completed, signed and stamped and submitted online by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day and financial bids of qualifying bidders opened on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security is 2% of the estimated contract amount, with the route schedule showing estimated bid security of Rs. 1,658,264, and must be submitted electronically; physical CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable subject to specified certification, while bidders must obtain at least 70% technical qualification marks and successful bidder must furnish 5% performance guarantee. Routes include Daska, Krishna Wali, Noul Mor, Labour Colony, Sambrial, Larri Adda, Dadiyana, Lodhra, China Chowk, Ganjian Wali, Ghunikey, Kasso Wala, Syedian Wali and Rurri Chowk.
