Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys) Gujrat invites electronic bids from tax-registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement covers identified routes including Jalalpur Jattan, Beowali, Mangowal Gharbi, Shaheen Chowk, Sama Mola, Younis Fan, Shadiwal, Addowal, Chodowal/Alamgarh, Dolat Nagar, Deerkay, Sheikhpur, Chakanwali, Lala Musa, Bhoya/Khoka, Intercity and Service More, with specified distances, student numbers, seating capacities and vehicle requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day and financial bids scheduled for 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. A 2% bid security of the estimated contract amount must be submitted electronically; physical CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable subject to prescribed refurbishment certification. Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will apply, with separate signed and stamped technical and financial proposals. Bidders must achieve at least 70% in technical qualification, while successful bidders must furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Rates must include all applicable taxes and one student per seat ratio will be observed.
