Printing Answer Books University Tender Notice
Description
The Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur invites electronic bids from eligible firms, distributors, dealers, suppliers and contractors registered with relevant income-tax and GST authorities for printing of answer books during FY 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 4,130,000 and bid security is 5%, amounting to Rs. 206,500. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical proposals opened at 10:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidder representatives. Rates must be quoted on FOR/DDP basis. Bid security must be deposited through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner, with required proof and bidding information completed before the submission deadline. Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 will apply, with technical and financial proposals submitted separately. Conditional bids and bids lacking mandatory documentation may be rejected, while late bids and cutting or overwriting are not allowed.
