Android Survey Occupational Disease Mapping Tender Notice
Description
Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab, under the ADP scheme titled Mapping of Occupation Diseases in Punjab, invites e-bids from reputed firms and government contractors registered with relevant income-tax, sales-tax, Punjab sales-tax and professional-tax authorities for procurement of an Android-based survey for mapping occupational diseases in Punjab. The estimated cost is Rs. 186 million with bid security of Rs. 5.58 million. Bids are received through e-PADS and will be opened on 7 September 2026 at 12:30 PM under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Lot-wise lowest rates will be accepted and the work will be awarded as one complete lot to the eligible lowest bidder. The successful bidder may be required to provide performance guarantee or security up to 3% of the work-order amount in the prescribed circumstances. The Project Director reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities under the lot. Pro Tip: Survey technology providers should demonstrate robust Android-based field data collection capability, maintain complete tax registrations, study the TORs carefully and ensure the technical and financial proposals are fully aligned with the occupational-disease mapping requirements.
