THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City invites sealed and electronic bids from eligible pharmacies and general order suppliers for framework contracts during FY 2026-27. Four categories comprise local purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items, medical devices, vaccines and sera with estimated cost Rs. 4 million; X-ray films, laboratory and blood bank supplies with estimated cost Rs. 3 million; printing and stationery items with estimated cost Rs. 2 million; and general store, dental items and medical gases with estimated cost Rs. 4 million. The procurement follows Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted online and delivered as required by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost separately for each category in the form of CDR from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Pharmacies supplying medicines must hold Drug Sale License on Form 9, while bidders must provide NTN, STRN and Active Taxpayer proof. Documents must be properly page-marked, arranged in sequence and signed and stamped by the authorized person.
