Road Cut Drainage Rcc Infrastructure Works Tender Notice

Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites tenders under the Single Stage-One Envelope open competitive bidding procedure from eligible firms and contractors registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Four works are included: restoration of road cut at Kalyar Road, Gulshan-e-Ravi in Samanabad Zone with estimated cost Rs. 20.440 million; rehabilitation of drainage system and PCC at Awan Dhai Wala Village near BHU, UC-176 in Wahga Zone with estimated cost Rs. 6.845 million; desilting of drain or sewer in multiple localities within Aziz Bhatti Zone with estimated cost Rs. 9.282 million; and provision and laying of RCC slabs at different areas in Allama Iqbal Zone with estimated cost Rs. 5.895 million. PEC Category C-6 or above is required. Bidding is conducted exclusively through Punjab e-Procurement System, with bid security of 3% of estimated cost. E-bids must be uploaded as signed and stamped PDF files by 22 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day at Town Hall, The Mall Road Lahore. Evaluation will be based on the least-cost method. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic submissions, cutting or amendments, telephonic bids and conditional tenders will not be entertained. Pro Tip: Civil contractors should verify zone-specific BOQs, maintain valid PEC C-6 eligibility, calculate the 3% digital bid security accurately and upload a complete signed technical and financial proposal before the portal deadline.
