Repair Maintenance Government Vehicle Rig 01 Tender Notice

District Council Rawalpindi invites item-rate bids from approved contractors for repair and maintenance of Government vehicle RIG-01, Toyota Fortuner, during the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA website and e-Procurement System and bids must be submitted online by 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opened on the same day at 2:00 PM at the office of District Council Rawalpindi in the presence of contractors or authorized representatives. Contractors must quote item-wise rates in figures. Overwriting, cutting, tampering, doubtful and incomplete bids will not be accepted. Where the lowest tender rate is more than 5% of the estimated cost, the lowest bidder is required to deposit performance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of notice, failing which 5% earnest money will be forfeited and re-tendering initiated. The contractor is also responsible for installation of caution boards at the work site. Estimated cost is Rs. 1,649,000 with 5% earnest money of Rs. 82,450.
