Supply Installation 100 Kva Diesel Generator Tender Notice
Description
Punjab Pension Fund invites electronic bids for supply and installation of one new 100 KVA auto diesel generator complete with ATS panel and canopy from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and applicable JVs engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. The estimated cost is Rs. 8.0 million and bid security is Rs. 160,000 representing 2% of estimated cost. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security must be submitted or transferred online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab and physical CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted by 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Income-tax, sales-tax, Punjab sales-tax registration and other required tender documents must accompany the e-bid.
