Printing Answer Books University Swat Tender Notice

University of Swat invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms and authorized dealers possessing valid Manufacturer Authorization Certificates for procurement of answer books for the Examinations Section. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Earnest money of 2% is required in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank in favour of the Treasurer, University of Swat, while a non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 4,000 must be deposited online. Original receipts for the CDR and processing fee must reach the procurement office before the closing time. Eligible firms must have successfully completed at least two relevant projects for government, semi-government or autonomous organizations. Bid pricing must separately state item cost and federal and provincial taxes. Bids close on 22 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day at the Committee Room, Main Campus Charbagh, Swat. Pro Tip: Printing suppliers should verify the required answer-book specifications, maintain manufacturer authorization and ATL status, document at least two comparable institutional projects and ensure both the electronic bid and original financial receipts are submitted within the prescribed timeline.
