Beautification Uplifting Swabi City Tender Notice

Tehsil Municipal Administration Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from eligible registered contractors for the Beautification and Uplifting of Swabi City scheme under ADP No. 250727, Swabi Area Development Project 2026-27 (PK-50). The estimated cost is Rs. 200,000 and the notice specifies a 0.03% tender processing fee of Rs. 300, while mandatory bid security is 2% earnest money in the form of an original call deposit in favour of TMO, TMA Swabi. Contractors must hold valid Local Council Board enlistment for 2025-26, Pakistan Engineering Council registration for 2025-26, KPRA registration and the required C-6 and above category. Bids must be submitted through the prescribed tender process and sealed bids must reach TMA Swabi through registered courier by 22 September 2026 at 2:00 PM, with opening at 3:00 PM the same day. The tender will be processed under the above/below system based on MRS 2025.
