Tehsil Municipal Administration Khanpur invites sealed tenders from registered contractors enlisted with the Local Council Board and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority in the relevant category for maintenance and repair works at Tehsil Khanpur. The estimated cost is Rs. 5.00 million and earnest money is 2% of the engineer estimate, stated as Rs. 0.10 million. The works are based on MRS-2025 First Bi-Annual and contractors must maintain valid LCB registration and enlistment renewal for financial year 2026-27, together with required CNIC, National Income Tax certificate and registration documents. Tender forms are available through EPADS and sealed bids must be submitted by registered mail or postal service by 24 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bids opened at 2:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders. The tender follows the above/below system based on the Market Rate System 2025.
