Street Drain Pavement Works District Khyber Tender Notice

Tehsil Municipal Administration Bara, District Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through EPADS under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and enlisted with Local Council Board and KPRA for 2026-27. The procurement covers seven schemes under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Khyber, ADP No. 251286, comprising pavement of streets and drains at Sepah, Malik Din Khel, Shalober, Zia ud Din, Kamar Khel and Aka Khel, each with estimated cost of Rs. 10 million and 2% earnest money of Rs. 200,000, and pavement of street and drain at Frontier Road Aka Khel with estimated cost of Rs. 7.60 million and earnest money of Rs. 152,000. A tender documentation fee of 0.03% is prescribed, with the schedule also specifying applicable stamp duty. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 18 September 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 2:00 PM the same day. Original bid documents, signed BOQs, active NTN, PEC, LCB and KPRA registrations and original 2% earnest money must also be submitted through registered courier; by-hand and late submissions will not be accepted. The works are based on MRS 2025 First Bi-Annual and will be processed under the above/below system. Additional security requirements apply to bids quoted more than 10% below the engineer estimate, including 8% additional security for bids between more than 10% and 20% below and further differential security plus detailed rate analysis for bids exceeding 20% below.
