Urban Plantation Drive Swat 2026 Tender Notice

Urban Areas Development Authority, Swat invites bids through EPADS for the Urban Plantation Drive 2026 at Divisional Headquarters Swat under the Major Head Urban Plantation, following the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 14(2)(b) of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. The estimated cost is Rs. 48.78 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, while the bidding entry fee is Rs. 15,000. Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-27 in C-5 and above category with the required CE 09(ii), CE 10(v) and CE 11(i) specialization codes, KPRA, FBR with active NTN, Provincial Enlistment Committee KP and UADA Swat. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 30 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 2:00 PM the same day; financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later on a date to be notified. Original bid security and entry fee must reach the office of the Director UADA Swat through registered post or courier before closing. Bidders must not disclose financial information in the technical proposal, and incomplete, unreadable, conditional, handwritten or late bids will be non-responsive. Bid validity is 90 days. Pro Tip: PEC contractors should verify every required CE specialization code, maintain active KPRA and FBR status, separate technical and financial information strictly, and reconcile the 2% bid security with the engineer estimate before EPADS submission.
