Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys) Nishter Colony Lahore, operating under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund and Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax-registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for 2026-27 and 2027-28. The routes include Quanchi-1, Quanchi-2, Ghazi Chowk, Chungi, Ashiana, Kerray Wala, Suay Aasal, Jhulkey, 5 No Stop Kahna, New Kahna, Dhoop Sari, Purana Kahna, Pindi Stop and Bagriyan, with specified distances, student numbers, seating capacities and vehicle requirements. The estimated contract amount is Rs. 1,764,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated contract amount. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day and financial bids opened on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding will apply, with separate technical and financial proposals. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable subject to prescribed refurbishment certification.
