Services Hospital Lahore invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for prequalification and walk-in registration of Local Purchase Drug Department vendors for supply of medicines and surgical disposables during FY 2026-27 on a day-to-day basis. Eligible bidders are well-reputed retail pharmacies holding a valid Drugs Sale License issued on Form 9 and located within a 10-kilometre radius of the hospital, in accordance with the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department policy and directions dated 9 January 2023. The registration and bid process is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security is Rs. 50,000 and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees will not be accepted. Bids close on 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and are opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
