Municipal Committee Kamoke invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors holding valid PEC Category C-6 or above licences for FY 2026-27 framework contracts through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The thirteen schemes cover arrangements for national and religious occasions; repair and maintenance of vehicles, machinery, dewatering pumps, winching machines and gross cutter machines; parks, green belts, stadium and library maintenance; beautification and tree plantation; road patchwork and other civil works; rented excavator cleaning of Nallah Jaat; purchase of orange jackets, cleaning and municipal materials; repair of motors, pumps, panels, transformers, electrical works and manhole covers; water-supply pipelines and filtration plants; street lights, poles, cables, meters, transformers and main boards; office building repairs, electrical and air-conditioning works, photocopy machines and camera equipment; dewatering-pump accessories; and office stationery. Individual estimated costs range from Rs. 1,500,000 to Rs. 8,500,000, with total estimated cost of Rs. 58,500,000. Bid security is 5% of each scheme's estimated cost and must be submitted digitally; physical securities are not accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit 5% performance guarantee within 15 days of the offer letter or work order. Item-wise rates and totals must be quoted, while percentage-above or percentage-below rates are not accepted. Eligibility includes PEC licensing, legal-entity registration, income-tax and PRA registration, litigation history and prescribed affidavits.
