Punjab Building Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category, specifications and code for maintenance and repair of the colony along Mushtaq Baig Shaheed Road, Rawalpindi, for 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 4.990 million and earnest money is Rs. 0.250 million, with a completion period of two months. Contractors must produce the original PEC licence showing the requisite specification and code, while bids without the relevant PEC specification code will not proceed further.
