Internet Services 300 Mbps Lahore Tender Notice

Services Institute of Medical Sciences and Services Hospital Lahore invites electronic bids from eligible firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for provision of 300 Mbps internet services, comprising 200 Mbps for Services Hospital and 100 Mbps for SIMS Lahore, for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated annual procurement cost is Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated procurement value. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical proposals opened at 11:30 AM the same day. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with separate technical and financial proposals submitted online. Physical financial instruments including CDR, pay order or bank guarantee will not be accepted; bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System.
