Workers Welfare School Boys Rawalpindi, operating under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund and Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax-registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for 2026-27 and 2027-28. The transport requirement covers routes including Chour Depot, Mandi Mor, Lari Adda, K.T.M-1 through K.T.M-12, Usmania Colony, Gulshan-e-Khursheed, Chungi No.26, Murree Brewery-1 through Murree Brewery-3, Banth, Zaildar Plaza, ARL Company, Dhamaan Mor and Adyala, with specified distances, student numbers, seating capacities and vehicle requirements. The estimated contract amount is Rs. 1,721,400 and bid security is 2% of the estimated contract amount. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM and financial bids scheduled for 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding will apply. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable subject to prescribed refurbishment certification, and bidders must achieve at least 70% technical qualification.
