Hiring of an insurance company for Group Life Takaful (GLT) for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders, applicants, and service providers registered in EPADS with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and is open to potential bidders. A 02% bid security in Pak Rupees by bank draft or pay order in the name of the procuring agency is required; the scanned copy must be uploaded through EPADS and the original must reach the Purchase Department before the bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid will be rejected and manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must complete Form 1: Form of Bid, Form 2: Price Schedules, and Form 3: Form of Qualification Information and submit related documents through EPADS. The bid security is Rs. 11,000 and bid validity is 45 days. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 10:30 AM on September 23, 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM.
