Framework Contract Stationery Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of stationery items for financial year 2026-27, with an estimated value of Rs. 3.5 million and bid security of Rs. 70,000. Eligible manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers, distributors, pharmacies holding a valid CDSL, firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers from District Jhelum are invited. Bidding follows Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and physical financial instruments such as CDR, pay order or bank guarantee will not be accepted except through the e-Procurement System. Bids close at 10:00 AM on September 23, 2026 and open at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Jhelum.
