Procurement of different IT items for On-Screen Marking under Punjab E-Procurement System through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding. Lot 01 covers workstations and laptops, including i7 13th Gen or Ryzen 7 workstation with 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, dedicated GPU, 27-inch 4K monitor and Windows 11 Pro, and a software development laptop with Intel Ultra Core 7 H/HX CPU or higher, 64GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 15.6-inch or larger 4K UHD display and Windows 11 Pro. Lot 02 covers four high-speed document scanners with ADF, 140ppm/240ipm duplex, 600dpi optical resolution, 500-sheet capacity, USB and wired Ethernet, intelligent document feed technology, Quick Scan Jobs and MTR compliance. Lot 03 covers one SAS hard disk with chassis for Dell R750sx server, providing 20TB SSD storage after RAID 5 with chassis, rail kit and caddy, including configuration and installation for centralized On-Screen Marking data storage, scanned answer scripts and backups. Lot 04 covers four heavy-duty A3 printers with finishers and consumables for printing 20 million A3 pages, with 130-140ppm printing speed, A5 to A3/SRA3 paper sizes, 8,000-9,000 page input capacity, stapling, sorting, stacking, 600x600dpi resolution, duplex, air-suction paper feed, and five-year free service and maintenance. Lot 05 covers one semi-automatic 34-inch paper cutting machine and two fully automatic strapping machines. Estimated costs and 5% bid securities are specified lot-wise. Bidders must be Income Tax and Sales Tax registered, participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System, submit technical and financial bids online, and provide bid security digitally through the prescribed system. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes and on F.O.R. basis. Bids are evaluated lot-wise and bid validity is 120 days from the last submission date. The submission deadline is stated as September 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
