Framework contract procurement of contingent goods and repairing and maintenance services for Financial Year 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Supply of goods categories include Stationery - Printing & Publications - Cost of Other Stores - Computer Stationery - Others - Kit. Repairing and maintenance categories include Repairing of Transport - Repairing of Hardware - Repairing of IT Equipment - Repairing of Furniture. The total budget is PKR 13,396,000. Registered dealers, sellers, resellers, distributors and manufacturers are invited to submit e-bids. Bid security is refundable and equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost against each head, payable electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by Bank Guarantee, 1Link, online Bank Transfer or PSID in favour of the Tourism, Archaeology & Museums Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore. Original bid security must also be submitted in the prescribed envelope before the closing date and time, failing which the bid will be non-responsive. Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on September 21, 2026, with bids opening at 11:00 AM on the same day. Incomplete, non-responsive, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
