Tender for concrete lining of Bazar Minor from RD 0+000 to RD 7+600 in District Vehari under the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure on an item rate basis under the 15th Bi-Annual Market Rate System for District Vehari and Non-Scheduled Rates approved by the competent authority. The estimated cost is Rs. 31.112 million and earnest money/bid security is Rs. 1.556 million at 5% of the estimated cost. The work has an 08-month time limit. Contractors and firms must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System, Pakistan Engineering Council with the required specialization code, and PPRA, and must provide valid PEC registration for 2026-27, professional tax payment receipts, CNIC, enlistment/renewal fees and Punjab Revenue Authority registration for 2026-27. Bid security must be deposited digitally through the Punjab E-Procurement System linked with BOP; manual CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Bids and item rates must be uploaded by 12:30 PM on September 22, 2026, followed by bid retrieval and announcement of quoted rates at 01:00 PM. Bids are valid for 90 days. Successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee, execute the agreement within 15 days of acceptance and provide a time-bound execution schedule. Rates must be quoted against every DNIT/BOQ item and rate analysis, summary and sub-summary must be complete; conditional or incomplete bids will be non-responsive. Site conditions must be verified and work executed according to approved drawings, PWD specifications and approved construction schedule, with field testing arranged at the successful bidder’s cost.
