E-bids are invited for three works: Construction of Boundary Wall and Watch Tower for Food Street & Park Jada Road Jhelum City with estimated cost of Rs. 24,249,285 and bid security of Rs. 484,986; Construction of PCC Road from Commercial College to Main Bilal Town Road opposite PERA Office in Jhelum City with estimated cost of Rs. 21,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 420,000; and Establishment of Organized Rehri Bazar at Lahore Mor Jhelum City with estimated cost of Rs. 18,277,534 and bid security of Rs. 365,551. Contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with FBR, PRA, PPRA and relevant authorities are eligible to participate. Bids are submitted electronically through e-PADS under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security for each work must be submitted through the e-Procurement System in favour of Municipal Committee, Jhelum. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM at MC Office, Jhelum. Complete e-bids must be uploaded by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026, with opening at 02:30 PM at MC Office, Jhelum. Bids are valid for 120 days. Tendered rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words, conditional tenders will not be accepted, and corrupt, unreadable or virus-containing electronic submissions will be rejected.
